Construction of the tallest residential tower in the world in Dubai

Construction of the Princess Tower in Dubai the tallest residential building in the world will be finished in December according to the schedule as announced by the developer Tameer Holding Investment LLC.

The tower of 37,410 square feet is located in the harbor of Dubai Marina. It will have 107 floors and more than six basements. Federico Tauber the President of Tameer Holding says that Princess Tower is now in its final stage of construction and the handover is planned to happen soon.

Princess Tower has 763 luxury apartments including one, two and three bedroom flats, penthouses off count, four and five bedroom flats with beautiful views over the Arabian Gulf. On the ground floor there are eight floorspaces. In addition there are indoor and outdoor pools, playground, gym, saunas, private parkings and a lounge. On the top floor  there will be rooms for people’s recreation and entertainment, and also parking, access to public transport and Dubai Metro, and shopping centers, like Marina Mall and Mall of the Emirates.
 
The Princess Tower which is 414 meters high and located in the immediate vicinity of the Burj Al Arab, Palm Jumeirah and the Madinat Jumeirah will become an important sightseeing attraction in Dubai Tauber said.
